German man arrested for sexual abuse of a 13 year old young girl from Cambodia

Walter Munz 62old sex tourist from Stuttgart, (Germany ) was detain during a raid of his hotel room in Phnom Penh in Cambodia, said Keo Thea, deputy chief of anti human trafficking police. Police caught him with an underage prostitute in the room and arrested him on charge of debauchery. Cambodian legal term for a sex offense involving children’s that is punishable to 20 years in jail. Munz had been under police surveillance for many weeks before police arrest him.
